Leader. Fighter. Visionary.

Who is Jay?

Jay Schenck is more than just a fitness expert - he's living proof that resilience, discipline, and heart can carry you through life's greatest battles.

Born in Rhode Island, and adopted at the age of 2, by his parents who raised him in Coventry, RI.

Jay has lived an extremely fit and athletic lifestyle since he was a young man - engaging in competitive sports - to the beginning of his journey lifting weights at the age of 13.

He now is a self-employed entrepreneur and businessman.

Health, to Jay, hasn't been only about his external body being fit, but how his internal body functioned. At the age of 32, Jay faced his new reality of living life with Crohn's Disease.

In 2010, Jay faced a life-altering diagnosis: a brain tumor that led to intensive brain surgery and permanent loss of vision in his right eye. Rather than let that define him, Jay rose with even more purpose. At 42 years old - after surviving surgery - he stepped on stage to compete in bodybuilding, proving strength isn't just physical, it's deeply mental and emotional

With over 30 years in the fitness industry, Jay's journey continued with the creation of multiple fitness centers, cafes and furthermore the reality of WickedFit: a powerhouse fitness center built on community, grit and transformation.

Three years after opening, he's expanded his reach through Haute House, a luxury wellness experience, and The Schenck Group, his broader vision for holistic, high-performance living- including a new focus on medical weight loss support.

But, Jay's most recent chapter might be his most powerful yet.

Come early 2025, Jay was diagnosed with Colorectal Cancer. After major surgery - removing two feet of intestine, appendix, and part of his colon - and a 40 pound weight loss, he now stands tall in full recovery and rebuilding mode. And still, he shows up - at the gym, for his businesses, for his family, and for the people who look at him for hope

Jay lives by the words of Frederick Douglass:

If there is no struggle, there is no progress.

He doesn't just believe it - he lives it. Every scar, every setback, every rep, and every risk is a part of the legacy he's building not just for himself, but for everyone who's ever been told they can't

If Jay can do it, you can do it.

Because at the heart of every one of his businesses is one simple mission:

To help you become the strongest version of yourself. â€‹

And that mission is led by a man whose greatest strength is the heart behind it.
